• Abstract: 当前的国际形势和中国发展的需要对中国特色新型教育智库建设提出时代要求。本文通过讨论中国特色新型 教育智库的功能定位，认为中国特色新型教育智库要发挥决策咨询服务、理论创新、实践导向、引导舆论、 国际交流与合作、人才培养等六大功能。
• The construction of new-type education think tank with Chinese characteristics is a time request by the current international situation and needs of China’s development. By discussing its function and orientation, this paper holds that the new-type education think tank with Chinese characteristics should play the following six functions, namely decision-making and consultation service, theoretical innovation, practice orienting, guiding public opinion, enhancing international cooperation and exchange and cultivating talents.
