  • 摘要: 疫情防控期间,学生从假期原本舒适的居家生活状态转向居家学习状态,心理适应是心理健康教育课程中的 首要一环,旨在帮助学生学会自我管理、积极适应宅家学习生活、做到身心的可持续发展。本文以宅家生活 为授课背景,聚焦宅家生活管理的科学应对方法,并通过课后作业具体落实日程规划,呈现出以心理适应与 持续发展为主题的心理健康教育在线教学案例。
  • During the epidemic prevention period, college students started school online and changed from comfortable home life to home-based study. Psychological Adjustment is the first part of the mental health course, which aims to help students learn self-management, actively adapt to home-based study, and achieve sustainable physical and mental development in special periods. Taking vacation life as the teaching background, this paper focuses on the scientific coping methods of home-based life management, and implements the schedule planning through homework, presenting an online teaching case of mental health education with the theme of psychological Adjustment and sustainable development.
