As a learning strategy, mind mapping can change students’ cognitive mode and logical thinking
and improve teachers’ teaching effect and students’ learning effect effectively. In order to analyze the
practical significance of mind mapping in English teaching better, especially in writing class, and give
full play to the help and guiding role of mind mapping in English teaching. Based on this purpose, the
paper takes the English teaching of senior grade in primary school as a practical case to carry out relevant
research, and puts forward relevant practical teaching strategies.
