After 30 years of development, China and the United States cooperative running schools have
become increasingly expanding, and the level of running schools has increased year by year, and the
model of running school has gradually been diversified. From the United States to introduce high-quality
education resources, we are the goal of absorbing and utilizing the US high quality education resources.
Its core is the establishment of an effective teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system. Fujian
Putian University and the University of New Orleans in the United States started their undergraduate
cooperation in running schools in 2016. The purpose of the project is to adapt to the needs of global
integration, make use of China's high-quality educational resources, learn and introduce the advanced
teaching mode, high-quality educational resources and professional knowledge and technology of
foreign universities, and strive to cultivate applied and compound talents with strong English application
ability and high comprehensive quality. Taking Putian University as an example, this paper analyzes the
construction, existing problems and development strategies of the quality monitoring system of Sino
foreign cooperative education.
