Exploration and Practice of University Curriculum Evaluation from the Perspective of Big Data—Taking the Course of Database Technology and Application as an Example
“Manipulating the examination form and concentrating on the check in the learning process
as well as capability assessment” has been put forward in the outline “Some opinions of the Ministry
of education with respect to improving the quality of higher education comprehensively ”. In order to
implement the spirit of this outline, the “database technology and application”, for example, a mutidimensional,
practice driving and ability oriented assessment and evaluation method is used in the section
of data query which refers to the important and sophisticated part of the course, more importantly, the
organizational form, assessment standard, existing problems and improvement measures of formative
assessment and summative assessment are mainly explored in this paper, with an objective of actuating
the talents’ interests in learning as well as increasing the teaching efficiency.
