小学班级管理艺术——有“温”有“度”的教育惩戒

• 摘要： 教育惩戒是教育过程中重要的手段之一，能够惩治过错，警戒将来。小学阶段的学生正处于培养正确行为习惯、建立价值观的关键期，通过教育惩戒来纠正行为和错误是不可或缺的。论文分析了现实存在的对教育惩戒或左或右的认识，并探讨了在小学班级管理过程中，执行《中小学教育惩戒规则（试行）》，合法、有“温”有“度”地进行惩戒教育，来促进学生成长。
• Education punishment is one of the important means in the process of education, which can punish the fault and alert the future. Primary school students are in the critical period of cultivating correct behavior habits and establishing values. It is indispensable to correct behaviors and mistakes through education punishment. This paper analyzes the extreme understanding of educational punishment in reality, and discusses the process of primary school class management, the implementation of “primary and secondary education punishment rules (Trial)”, legal, “warm” and “degree” to carry out punishment education, to promote the growth of students.
