本文以提高混合式教学质量、整体提升教学效益为目标,以能力培养为导向,应用系统化思维,进一步完善教学体系、优化教学内容,重构“教员群、学员群、资源群、平台群”;采用类 TA 制方式,充分发挥优质教师作用,构建自主学习平台,充分以学员为中心,并将其在“混合 +”的教学模式中有机衔接,通过分析学习过程中的大数据,有效提升教员学习能力、反思能力和课程设计能力,激发学生兴趣与动力,提升学员的计算思维能力、自主学习能力和实践创新能力。
The goal of this paper is to improve the quality of blending learning and improving the overall
teaching efficiency, Ability-oriented, it applies systematic thinking to further improve the teaching system,
optimize the teaching content, and reconstruct the “teacher group, student group, resource group and
platform group”. It adopts the TA(Teacher Assistant) mode, gives full play to the role of high-quality
teachers, builds independent learning platform, fully focuses on students, and organically links them in
the blending teaching mode. By analyzing the big data in the learning process, teachers’ learning ability,
reflective ability and course design ability can be effectively improved, students’ interest and motivation
can be stimulated, and students’ computational thinking ability, autonomous learning ability and practical
innovation ability can be improved.
