• Abstract: 随着区域经济一体化和现代产业的发展，社会对技能型人才提出了更多的需求。高职百万扩招的背景下，职业院校面临着多元化的生源结构需求、多样化的师资队伍。为加强职业院校师资队伍建设，提高教育教学水平，解决教师在数量上的不足，需要进一步扩充教师队伍，完善顶层设计，打造新型师资队伍。
• With the integration of regional economy and the development of modern industry, the society puts forward more demands for skilled talents. Under the background of the expansion of higher vocational education, vocational colleges are faced with diversified student structure and diversified teaching staff. In order to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in vocational colleges, improve the level of education and teaching, and solve the shortage of teachers in quantity, we need to further expand the teaching staff, improve the top-level design, and create a new type of teaching staff.
