- Abstract: 我国的扶贫减贫工作对促进国家整体发展以及公平发展具有极其重要意义。而这些来自贫困家庭的大学生，他们的顺利就业和高质量就业更是关系到地区经济的稳定，关系到减贫工作的持续效果。西部地区贫困大学生在就业中面临着许多困难和挑战，需要思考更多的有效途径来解决这些实际问题。基于此，本文展开探讨。
- China’s poverty alleviation and reduction work to promote the country’s overall development and fair development is of great significance. The smooth employment and high quality employment of these college students from poor families is related to the stability of regional economy and the sustainable effect of poverty reduction. Poor college students in western China are faced with many difficulties and challenges in their employment, so it is necessary to think about more effective ways to solve these practical problems.
