• Abstract: 新一轮的人才培养方案修订工作启动，“成果导向”教育理念为人才培养方案的设计提供了可靠的依据。基于此理念修订了本校的“化学工程与工艺”专业的培养方案，剖析了“成果导向”理念实施路径。实践经验表明以学生学习成果为导向的培养方案，为培养符合社会发展的高质量的人才提供了可靠保障。
• A new round of revision of the talent training programme was launched. The concept of “results-oriented” education provides a reliable basis for the design of talent training programs. According to the analysis of this concept, the training program of “chemical engineering and technology” specialty is revised, and the concrete embodiments of the idea were pointed out. The practical experience shows that the training program based on the students’ learning results provides a reliable guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality talents in accordance with the social development.
