• Abstract: 目的：为调查公安院校大学生自我效能感对职业认同的影响。方法：采用整群抽样的方法选取某公安院校3280 名大学生为研究对象，采用一般自我效能感量表和警察职业认同量表进行调查，分析其相关性及其影响。结果：公 安院校大学生的一般自我效能感与职业认同总分及各因子正相关（r=0.346），不同自我效能感的公安院校大学生职业认同存在差异（p<0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：增强公安院校大学生的自我效能感有助于提升其职业认同感。
• To investigate the impact of self-efficacy on police professional identity of Police College students. 3,280 college students were selected by cluster sampling, and the general self-efficacy scale and police professional identity scale were used to investigate and analyze their correlation and influence. Results: the general self-efficacy of police college students was positively correlated with the total score of professional identity and all factors (r=0.346). There are differences in the professional identity of police college students with variable self-efficacy (p<0.05). Conclusion: Enhancing the self-efficacy of Police College students is helpful to promote their professional identity.
