Influencing Factors, Management Strategies and Effectiveness Analysis of Male Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Development —Taking Huzhou Tongxing Kindergarten as an Example
Male kindergarten teachers play an indispensable and important role in the
development of children. However, the professional prejudice caused by traditional
gender stereotypes and the lack of sense of belonging caused by gender differences
will hinder the professional development of male kindergarten teachers. Through
the promotion of male kindergarten teachers’ advantages to reduce prejudice, the
