With the rapid development, widespread application, and increasing popularity ofinformation technology, the Internet has become an important learning tool for college students.This bringing great impact and challenges to higher education.This study selected the “post-00s”college students as the research sample to comprehensively investigate their internet usage habits,characteristics, and acceptance of internet ideology guidance. The factors affecting the ideologicaldirection of college students were analyzed, and based on this, countermeasures and suggestions wereproposed to strengthen and improve the work of internet thought guidance.
