• 摘要： 本文探讨了少数民族史诗典籍在海外传播中面临的挑战，并提出了一系列可行性对策。通过采用拉斯韦尔的“5W”传播理论，本研究以苗族史诗为例，深入分析了翻译主体、内容选择、传播渠道、目标受众及接受效果等方面的问题。发现当前少数民族史诗典籍对外传播主要存在外译选材不均、译本学术性与文学性失衡、重出版轻传播的倾向以及传播方式在视觉文化时代的滞后性等问题。针对这些问题，文章提出了遴选传播内容、扩大传播受众、整合传播渠道以及加强官方与民间合作等对策，旨在提升少数民族史诗典籍的国际影响力，促进中外文化交流。
• This paper discusses the challenges faced by the overseas dissemination of minority ethnic epics andproposes a series of feasible countermeasures. Employing Lasswell’s “5W” communication theory and taking Miaoepic as an example, this study deeply analyzes issues related to the translator, content selection, disseminationchannels, target audience, and reception effect. It identifies that the current international dissemination ofminority ethnic epics primarily faces problems such as uneven selection of materials for translation, imbalancebetween academic and literary qualities in translations, a tendency to prioritize publication over dissemination,and outdated dissemination methods in the age of visual culture. To address these issues, the article suggestsselecting dissemination content carefully, expanding the audience, integrating dissemination channels, andstrengthening cooperation between official and non-governmental organizations, aiming to enhance theinternational influence of minority ethnic epics and promote cultural exchange between China and the world.
