This study finds: (1) The concept continues to receive attention in BRICS countries, with a fluctuating upward trend in news report. It involves a wide range of organizations, people, and topics, gradually becoming an important focus in the BRICS cooperation mechanism. (2) Related reports focus on both theoretical exploration and practical promotion, concerning the role of this concept in global governance, demonstrating a positive cultural inclination. (3) Related reports are closely linked to major historical events both domestically and internationally, reflecting the social and cultural context behind the concept’s dissemination in terms of cultural power and real-world relevance, indicating that the dissemination of this concept in BRICS countries has distinct regional and cultural attributes. This paper not only reveals the current status of the dissemination of the concept in major BRICS countries but also advances the application research of cultural discourse analysis, providing a new perspective for discourse analysis theory.
