  • 摘要: 教学督导工作是高校内部质量保证体系的重要组成部分。本文围绕高校本科教学督导的诉求、问题和对策展开论述,旨在促进高校本科教学督导建设,推动高等教育的不断发展与进步。首先,明确教学督导对于提升教育质量、推进教育改革、护航教育发展的重要作用。然后,深入分析教学督导中存在的诉求,并剖析教学督导实践中存在的问题。最后,提出相应对策,以解决教学督导的现实困境。
  • Teaching supervision is an important part of the internal quality assurance system of colleges and universities. This paper centers on the demands, problems and countermeasures of undergraduate teaching supervision, aiming to promote the construction of undergraduate teaching supervision and to promote the continuous development and progress of higher education. First of all, it is made clear that teaching supervision plays an important role in improving education quality, promoting education reform and escorting education development. Then, this paper deeply analyzes the demands and dissects the problems that exist in the practice of teaching supervision. Finally, corresponding countermeasures are proposed to solve the current dilemma of teaching supervision.
