• 摘要： 《民法典》的英译工作是践行新时代社会主义法治理念和习近平法治思想、彰显我国学术国际影响力和价值的重大翻译工程。2020 年 12 月 31 日，全国人大网站上《民法典》英译文也正式对外公布。本文梳理了《中华人民共和国民法典》英译中语法层面和术语翻译层面的若干问题，并提出了修改建议，以期推动《民法典》英译本的修正与完善。
• The English translation of the Civil Code is a major translation project to implement the socialist rule of law and Xi Jinping thought on rule of law in the new era and highlight the international influence and value of our country’s academic work. On December 31, 2020, the English translation of the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China on the website of the National People’s Congress was officially announced. This paper analyzes some problems of grammar and terminology translation in the English translation of the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China and puts forward some suggestions for the revision in order to promote the revision and improvement of English translation of the Civil Code.
