Abstract: “自我”作为社会工作的独特载体，体现个人对专业价值观的领悟与内省。独特自我形成的理论与意识构建过程皆是实务运用的重要前提。定位于实务介入的视角，赖于个体成长轨迹及性格特点，而在具体操作中必然存在着优劣势，这使得社工人士需要明晰，并在困惑中不断思考进而制定适于己的改进方式。
As a unique carrier of social work, "self" embodies the individual's understanding and Introspection of professional values. The theory of unique self formation and the process of consciousness construction are both important premises of practical application. From the perspective of practical intervention, it depends on the individual growth track and personality characteristics, and there must be advantages and disadvantages in the specific operation, which makes social workers need to be clear, and constantly think in confusion to develop their own improvement methods.
