• Abstract: 目的：探讨社工专业小组活动对流浪精神发育迟滞儿童的康复疗效。 方法：采用自身对照研究的方法，对 45 例住院流浪精神发育迟滞儿童进行社 工专业小组活动，时间 1 年，分别在活动前后应用儿童功能独立性评定量表 （WeeFIM）进行效果评价。结果：社工专业小组活动后，精神发育迟滞儿童的 WeeFIM 评价量表评分情况明显优于活动前（p ＜ 0. 001 或 p ＜ 0. 01）。结论： 社工介入流浪精神发育迟滞儿童康复治疗，有效提高了患儿行为技能和适应性 功能，提高了生活质量。
• Objective: To explore the rehabilitation effect of social work professional group activities on vagrant mental retardation children. Methods: 45 cases of mental retardation of vagrant children in hospital were studied by self-control method. The group activity of social work was carried out for one year. Results: the scores of WeeFIM in children with mental retardation were significantly better than those before the activities (P < 0.001 or P < 0.01). Conclusion: the intervention of social workers in the rehabilitation of children with wandering mental retardation can effectively improve their behavioral skills and adaptive functions, and improve their quality of life.
