社区医疗服务水平提升效果分析

• Abstract: 目的探讨社区医疗服务的方式，提高全科医生医疗服务的质量。方法 将全科医生分为观察组和对照组。观察组要求运用佩普洛护理模式指导社区医 疗服务实践，对照组采取常规方法。通过自制量表，测评社区居民对全科医生 的满意程度。结果观察组的满意率明显高于对照组。结论运用佩普洛护理模式 开展社区医疗服务，可提高全科医生与社区居民的沟通技巧，为社区居民提供 更优质的服务。
• Objective To explore the way of community medical service and improve the quality of general practitioners' medical service. Methods the general practitioners were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group required to use the peplo nursing mode to guide the practice of community medical service, and the control group adopted the routine method. The satisfaction degree of community residents to general practitioners was evaluated by self-designed scale. Results the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion the application of peplo nursing mode in community medical service can improve the communication skills between general practitioners and community residents, and provide better services for community residents.
