Objective: To compare the prevention and treatment of hypertension in
community before and after intervention. The awareness rate, treatment rate and blood
pressure control rate of community residents about hypertension health awareness
were used to evaluate the intervention effect of community hypertension. Methods:
two community residents over 35 years old were randomly selected from three village
committees within the medical scope of the hospital. One village committee was
randomly selected for three-level community medical intervention of hypertension,
and the other village committee was not involved in relevant medical intervention.
The awareness rate, medication rate, pressure measurement rate, and backlog control
rate of blood pressure were compared between the two groups The changes of blood
pressure in group B were observed. Results: after community intervention, the poor
life style of hypertension patients in the intervention area was significantly different
from that in the control area (P < 0.05). The awareness rate, pressure measurement
rate, medication rate and control rate of hypertension were significantly higher than
those in the control area (P < 0.05). The mean blood pressure in the intervention
area was significantly lower than that in the control area. Conclusion: community comprehensive intervention is an effective way to improve the prevention and
treatment effect of hypertension patients.
