公安群众工作中的困境分析

• 摘要： 对于公安工作来说，做好人民群众工作不仅是公安系统日常工作中最基本的素质要求，同样，良好的警民协作关系等也是保证公安工作是否能顺利深入实施的重要有力保障。公安工作在职人员在日常治安工作中一定要贯彻落实做好群众工作的政策组织、宣传和监督维护，要切实履行做到“一切依靠群众”，要实际行动做好“一切为了群众”的工作方针。本文针对新时代下公安群众工作中所面临的问题进行分析，结合近几年的研究成果，总结出符合时代背景的切实可行的方案，为公安群众工作的顺利开展提出一些具有指导性的建议。
• For the public security work, doing people’s work well is not only the most basic quality requirement in the daily work of the public security system, but also a good cooperative relationship between the police and the people is an important and powerful guarantee to ensure the smooth and in-depth implementation of the public security work. In-service public security personnel in their daily public security work must implement the policy of organizing, publicizing, supervising and maintaining mass work, earnestly implement the working principle of “relying on the masses in everything”, and take practical actions to do a good job of “doing everything for the masses”. Based on the analysis of the problems faced by the public security mass work in the new era, and combined with the research results in recent years, this paper summarizes the practical and feasible schemes in line with the background of the times, and puts forward some instructive suggestions for the smooth development of the public security mass work.
