• Abstract: 本文主要以文献法为研究方法，把大学生就业思想政治教育的价值意涵以及实现途径作为研究核心，论述了大学生就业思想政治教育在日前就业形势下的重要性。本文以分析当代大学生就业思想政治教育的社会价值和个体价值为基础，针对性地提出其价值实现的途径，旨在推动我国大学生就业思想政治教育的发展。
• This paper mainly takes the literature method as the research method, takes the value connotation and the realization way of the ideological and political education of College Students' employment as the research core, and discusses the importance of the ideological and political education of College Students' employment in the current employment situation. Based on the analysis of the social value and individual value of contemporary college students' employment ideological and political education, this paper puts forward the ways to realize its value, aiming at promoting the development of Ideological and political education of College Students' employment in China.
