Abstract: 中国社会工作本土化必然面临社会工作专业伦理本土化的问题。从我国传统文化价值体系的伦理取向出发，分析了中国传统文化价值理念与西方社会工作专业伦理的契合点，最后提出建构中国本土化社会工作专业伦理的理论来源和具体内容，并阐明了在伦理困境时的伦理等级次序。
the localization of social work in China is bound to face the problem of ethical localization of social work. Starting from the ethical orientation of China's traditional cultural value system, this paper analyzes the conjunction between Chinese traditional cultural value concept and western social work professional ethics, and finally puts forward the theoretical source and specific content of constructing Chinese localized social work professional ethics, and expounds the ethical hierarchy order in ethical dilemma.
