Family sickbeds are an effective way for the gain accessibility of regular
medical care and health management services in the form of community health
services. Community health management has become a key component of the basic national public health service program. Community health service centers are
important bases and platforms for health management services, however, now, the
relevant policy documents issued by the Ministry of Health only include the form
of family sickbed services in the content of community health services. In addition,
health management services in community health services are not subject to uniform
standards, and the relevant standards are not defined. In medical work, the focus is on
“treatment” rather than the “prevention”, and the implementation of “preventive health
care” work depends purely on the individual ability and subjective will of the team
of general practitioners. There is still a lack of continuation services such as health
interventions other than systematic medical examinations and even if the continued
service exists, such a service is not systematic, comprehensive, in-depth or normative.
As a result, it is imperative to explore a forward-looking health intervention model.
Under the background of Luohu medical reform, the author explored and practiced
the application of the hierarchical health management service model in family
sickbeds, using family sickbeds in the community health service center on Liantang
Street under Luohu Hospital Group. The paper also introduces the health management
routines, levels, job process systems and the hierarchical work content and technical
requirements of health managers in family sickbeds, so as to provide a reference for
the standardized management of family sickbeds in community health management
services and the professional construction and development of community health
management.
