  • 摘要: 文化“软实力”既是竞争力,也是强动力。文化不仅是“胜利大本营” 建设的重要组成部分,推动社区发展的重要力量,同时也代表着一个社区的文 明程度与生活品质,体现着一个社区的凝聚力和生命力。只有勇于继承和弘扬 胜利油田深厚、优秀的企业文化,积极培育和发挥有企业特色、有社区特性的 文化优势,用先进的、和谐的文化培育人、塑造人,丰富人们的精神内涵,提 升人们的文化品位,才能把文化软实力转化为社区发展的竞争力。
  • Cultural "soft power" is not only competitive, but also a strong driving force. Culture is not only an important part of the construction of "victory base camp" and an important force to promote the development of the community, but also represents the level of civilization and quality of life of a community, reflecting the cohesion and vitality of a community. Only if we dare to inherit and carry forward the profound and excellent corporate culture of Shengli Oilfield, actively cultivate and give play to the cultural advantages with corporate characteristics and community characteristics, cultivate and shape people with advanced and harmonious culture, enrich people's spiritual connotation, and improve people's cultural taste, can we transform the cultural soft power into the competitiveness of community development.
