Abstract: 本文从法律的角度出发，从基层社会管理化建设和现有法律制度的完善两个方面，对基层社会管理进行研究，以期更好的实现基层社会法制化管理。
From the perspective of law, this paper studies the social management at the grass-roots level from two aspects: the construction of social management at the grass- roots level and the improvement of the existing legal system, in order to better realize the legal management at the grass-roots level.
