• 摘要： 受各种因素的影响，高校文科生对高等数学的学习有一种潜在的害怕 情绪和抵触心理，普遍存在着数学学习效率低的现象。结合自身的学习体会， 分析了出现问题的原因及解决方法。
• influenced by various factors, liberal arts students in Colleges and universities have a potential fear and resistance to the study of higher mathematics, and there is generally a phenomenon of low efficiency in mathematics learning. Combined with my own learning experience, this paper analyzes the causes and solutions of the problems.
