• Abstract: 概率论与数理统计是理工科和经管各专业的一门公共重要基础课程，本文将从教师教学、学生兴趣培养、教学设施等各个角度出发，深入探讨概率论与数理统计的教学改革方案和策略，以期为从事该课程教学工作的广大教师提供一些有价值的建议和改进措施。
• Probability theory and mathematical statistics is an important public basic course for science and engineering and economics and management majors. This paper will discuss the teaching reform scheme and strategy of probability theory and mathematical statistics from the perspectives of teachers' teaching, students' interest cultivation and teaching facilities, so as to provide some valuable suggestions and improvement measures for the majority of teachers who are engaged in the teaching of this course.
