• Abstract: 建设创新型国家必须充分发挥企业自主创新的主体作用，提高自主创新能力。企业自主创新能力的提高，不仅仅是社会需求作用的结果，也不仅仅是企业家和员工对利润追求及自主创新精神作用的结果，而是社会文化系统、企业自主创新外在动力系统和内在动力系统共同作用的结果。
• To build an innovative country, we must give full play to the main role of enterprises' independent innovation and improve their ability of independent innovation. The improvement of enterprise's independent innovation ability is not only the result of social demand, nor is it the result of entrepreneur and employee's pursuit of profit and independent innovation spirit, but also the result of social culture system, external and internal dynamic system of enterprise's independent innovation.
