ASC 体育人才培养计划对我国竞技运动发展的启示

• 摘要： 运用文献资料、比较分析对 ASC 的体育人才培养计划的内容、实施手 段以及发展水平进行了分析。研究表明，ASC 的体育人才培养计划涵盖面广、 资金力度大、针对性强。ASC 合理的体育人才培养路线、重视运动员的教育和 社会技能的学习以及合理的教练员与裁判员培养体系对我国的竞技发展有很高 的借鉴作用。
• Using literature, comparative analysis on ASC sports talent cultivation plan of content, implement means and development. Research shows that the ASC sports talent cultivation plan covers widely, capital input large, targeted clearly. The Reasonable sports talents training course, the Attention of athletes education and social skills learning, and the Reasonable coaches and referees cultivation system for China's competitive development has high reference.
