As a new teaching method, club teaching has a very important impact
on the new reform of physical education in primary and secondary schools. The
teaching model of physical education club in primary and secondary schools helps
to cultivate students’ interest in physical education and lifelong sports concept,
develop and cultivate sound personality and personality. It can give full play to the
professional skills of physical education teachers, which is conducive to training
reserve talents of competitive sports, and provide more sports exercise places and
competition opportunities for primary and secondary school students. However,
there are still many problems in the teaching model of sports clubs in primary and
secondary schools: parents' resistance to students' participation in physical exercise,
the limitation of facilities and funds, the imperfection of teaching staff and the lack of
projects. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding
implementation strategies.
