高职体育产业人才培养的阻滞困境及进路展望

• 摘要： 在我国体育产业规模持续扩大、市场细分日益明显的背景下，体育产业的多元化发展对人才的需求呈现出多层次、专业化的特点。高职院校作为培养应用型技术技能人才的重要基地，其在体育产业人才培养方面的作用愈发突出。本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，调查与分析高职院校体育产业人才培养的内涵、阻滞困境，并提出进路展望。我国高职院校体育人才培养存在阻滞困境：培养方向不明确、实践机会欠缺、专业队伍建设滞后、人才评价体系陈旧。进路展望：瞄准目标，紧密结合体育产业发展需求；回归实践，立足体育产业市场实践；孵化人才，改革体育产业师资队伍；夯实机制，完善体育产业人才培养机制。
• In the context of the continuous expansion of China’s sports industry and the increasing market segmentation, the diversified development of the sports industry has led to a multi-layered and specialized demand for talent. As an important base for training applied technical and skilled personnel, the role of vocational colleges in sports industry talent cultivation is becoming increasingly prominent. Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this study investigates and analyzes the connotation of sports industry talent cultivation in vocational colleges, the obstacles and difficulties faced, and puts forward prospects for development. The obstacles and difficulties faced by vocational colleges in sports talent cultivation in China include unclear cultivation direction, lack of practical opportunities, lagging behind in the construction of professional teams, and outdated talent evaluation system. Prospects for development: Targeted, closely linked to the development needs of the sports industry; Return to practice, based on sports industry market practice; Incubate talent, reform the sports industry teacher team; Strengthen mechanisms, improve the talent cultivation mechanism for the sports industry.
