This research explores the necessity, feasibility, and implementation strategies for the construction of a national sports ecological park in the Northwest of Guangxi. Firstly, it points out that ecological parks can improve residents’ health levels, inherit ethnic culture, and promote economic benefits. Secondly, it emphasizes that the Northwest of Guangxi has unique natural resources and rich traditional ethnic sports culture, providing a solid foundation for the construction of ecological parks. However, the region faces many challenges in project themes and characteristics, utilization of ethnic sports resources, infrastructure development, and talent cultivation mechanisms. To promote the high-quality development of the national sports ecological park, it is recommended to coordinate the efforts of government, enterprises, and the market through comprehensive planning, advance cultural inheritance alongside economic development, create a distinctive tourism belt, and establish a diversified collaborative talent cultivation mechanism. These strategies aim to achieve sustainable development in the Northwest of Guangxi, inherit ethnic culture, and contribute to the construction of a healthy China.
