后冬奥时期冰雪旅游核心区协同发展的策略研究

• 摘要： 北京冬奥会的成功举办为冰雪旅游核心发展提供了时代契机，也为后冬奥时期冰雪旅游核心区协同发展提出了新的诉求。本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法等研究方法，深入剖析冰雪旅游核心区的概念与内涵，旨在为冰雪旅游核心区协同发展提供理论依据。借助后冬奥时期冰雪旅游核心区协同发展的历史机遇，提出进一步推动冰雪旅游相关部门之间的合作协调机制，深化冰雪旅游管理体制改革；完善冰雪旅游核心区协同发展的对接机制，搭建冰雪旅游核心区合作平台；以京津冀协同发展中的新机遇加快冰雪旅游核心区协同发展；加强冰雪旅游核心区国内外合作的协同发展，提升冰雪旅游核心区竞争力和影响力的新思路。
• The successful hosting of the Beijing Winter Olympics provides an opportunity for the core development of ice and snow tourism, and also puts forward new demands for the coordinated development of ice and snow tourism core areas in the post Winter Olympics period. This article uses research methods such as literature review, expert interviews, and field investigations to deeply analyze the concept and connotation of the core area of ice and snow tourism, aiming to provide theoretical basis for the coordinated development of the core area of ice and snow tourism. Taking advantage of the historical opportunity of coordinated development in the core area of ice and snow tourism during the Winter Olympics, we have proposed to further promote the cooperation and coordination mechanism among relevant departments of ice and snow tourism, and deepen the reform of the management system of ice and snow tourism; Improve the coordination mechanism for the coordinated development of ice and snow tourism core areas, and build a cooperation platform for ice and snow tourism core areas; Accelerate the coordinated development of ice and snow tourism core areas with new opportunities in the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region; A new approach to strengthen the coordinated development of domestic and international cooperation in the core area of ice and snow tourism, and enhance its competitiveness and influence.
