成都市温江区跆拳道俱乐部经营现状及对策研究

• 摘要： 随着人们健康意识的提高，越来越多的人开始注重通过体育运动来增强体质和提高生活质量。跆拳道作为一种结合了力量与技巧的体育运动，普适性较高。本文以成都市温江区跆拳道俱乐部的经营现状及其对策为研究内容，针对温江区的17家跆拳道俱乐部，就其管理者的经营理念与方式、教练员的发展与规划，以及会员的扩充与维持等经营现状展开调查。调查发现，经营模式多以有限责任公司为主，拥有较为成熟的市场管理系统；大多数教练对专业的精通程度不高，缺乏教学经验，也缺少理论和实操学习；俱乐部会员年龄结构以幼儿园和小学低年级学生为主；大多数会员选择练习跆拳道的主要目的是强身健体。通过从宏观政策和微观经营人员角度分析当前现状中制约俱乐部经营的因素，为温江区跆拳道俱乐部的可持续健康经营提供可参考性意见，有助于提升当前温江区跆拳道俱乐部的经营水平。
• With the improvement of people’s health awareness, more and more people begin to pay attention to enhancing physical fitness and improving the quality of life through sports. Taekwondo, as a combination of strength and skill, has a high universality. In this paper, the management status of Taekwondo clubs in Wenjiang District of Chengdu and its countermeasures are studied, and the management philosophy and mode of managers, the development and planning of coaches, the expansion and maintenance of members and other management status of 17 Taekwondo clubs in Wenjiang District are investigated. Through the investigation, it is found that the business model is mainly limited liability company, which has a relatively mature market management system; Most of the coaches are not proficient in their major, lack teaching experience, and lack of theoretical and practical learning. The age structure of club members is mainly kindergarten and lower primary school; The main purpose of most members choosing to practice Taekwondo is to strengthen their body. Through analyzing the factors restricting the club management in the current situation from the perspective of macro policy and micro management personnel; Help Wenjiang District Taekwondo Club sustainable and healthy operation, help to improve the current Wenjiang District Taekwondo club operation is to provide reference advice.
