川东北地区中学女子足球发展现状与对策研究——以南充市西充中学为例

• 摘要： 本文在女子足球发展的背景下，深入研究并总结南充市西充中学女子足球队现状中存在的问题，提出解决现存问题的策略，以促进西充中学女子足球队全面健康发展。为推动校园女子足球队的发展，本文对四川省西充中学女子足球队进行了深入细致的研究。采用问卷调查、访谈和实地考察等多种数据收集方法，全面客观地获取相关信息。经过综合评估和分析，得出了一系列具有重要意义的结论，这些结论将为未来足球教育和训练提供重要的参考和指导：（1）师资缺乏、分配不合理；（2）学校、家长支持程度不够；（3）队内技术水平不一、衔接不完善；（4）生源缺少、人才不足。针对这些问题，本文提出以下建议：（1）加强人才引进，扩大师资队伍；（2）提高学校重视程度、加大对女子足球的宣传力度；（3）重视训练的衔接、科学严格选材；（4）利用本校足球课、加强与各学校的合作。
• Based on the background of the development of women’s football, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current situation of girls’ football team in Xichong Middle School, solves the existing problems, and promotes the comprehensive and healthy development of girls’ football team in Xichong Middle School. In order to promote the development of campus women’s football team, this paper takes the girls’ football team of Sichuan Xichong Middle School as the research object, adopts the literature data method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and field survey method to collect data, and finds the following conclusions in the girls’ football team of Xichong Middle School: (1) lack of teachers and unreasonable distribution; (2) the insufficient support degree of the school and parents; (3) different technical level and imperfect connection; (4) lack of students and talents. This paper provides the following suggestions for these problems: (1) strengthening the introduction of talents and expanding the teaching staff; (2) increasing the importance of women’s football; (3) paying attention to the connection of training, scientific and strict selection of materials; (4) using the football class of our school to increase the cooperation with various schools.
