The proposal and implementation of the modernization of social governance has promoted the evolution of the governance practice of civil society organizations, and also triggered the transformation of the “governance” model of martial arts organizations from “self-care” of resources to cultural integration. Using the research methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper explores the evolution process of folk martial arts organization and governance practice from the perspective of cultural capital theory. It is found that the traditional structure of cultural gene constructs the self-care mode at the beginning of martial arts organization, which is manifested as the closed farming culture frames the living space of martial arts organization, and the clan nature of ethical system frames the differential pattern of martial arts organization. From the three aspects of the capitalization of martial arts culture, the governance practice of martial arts organization is reflected in the prosperity of martial arts skills under the differentiation of martial arts skills, and the enthusiasm of the main body of martial arts organization is enhanced. The cultural identity under the lineage of inheritance shapes the consciousness of the behavior practice of the main body of wushu organization; Equal treatment under the system management, there are other differences in cracking the portal of martial arts organizations.
