中小学跳绳运动技能评定指标体系与测试方法的研制

• 摘要： 中小学跳绳运动技能评定指标体系与测试方法的研制需要考虑到跳绳运动的特性、学生的年龄和性别差异以及评价学理论，运用文献资料法梳理跳绳运动的特点；通过前期调研、指标体系构建、确定评价标准、制定测试方法、结果处理与分析，对跳绳的3大类21项运动技能指标进行筛选，建立了初级（5个测试指标）、中级（7个测试指标）和高级（9个测试指标）的评价指标，并建立了一级和二级指标权重，从而构建了中小学跳绳运动技能评定指标体系。同时，制定了中小学跳绳运动技能评定指标的测试方法。
• The development of the evaluation index system and testing method for skipping rope skills in primary and secondary schools needs to take into account the characteristics of skipping rope, age and gender differences of students, and evaluation theory. The literature review method should be used to sort out the characteristics of skipping rope sports; Through preliminary research, indicator system construction, determination of evaluation criteria, development of testing methods, and result processing and analysis, 21 sports skill indicators in three categories of skipping rope were screened. Evaluation indicators for primary (5 testing indicators), intermediate (7 testing indicators), and advanced (9 testing indicators) were established, and the weights of primary and secondary indicators were established, thus constructing an evaluation index system for skipping rope sports skills in primary and secondary schools. At the same time, a testing method for the assessment indicators of skipping rope skills in primary and secondary schools has been developed.
