A Case Study of Talent Training Model in Local Application-Oriented Universities Under the Background of Integration of Science and Education —Take the Physical Education Institute of Suzhou University as an Example
“Integration of science and education” is the core idea of modern higher education, It is one of the important ways to train talents with high quality in colleges and universities. To be sure, “Integration of science and education” is also an important component of the construction of local applied high-level universities, a necessary carrier to promote innovation and the cultivation of high-quality talents, and a necessary condition for scientific research to be based on education and teaching, it is the catalyst that scientific research and teaching permeate each other in form and content. In this paper, from the concept of “Integration of science and education” definition, background, basic outline of personnel training, basic situation of the integration of team teaching and scientific research, the main measures and guarantee conditions of the integration of science and education, scientific research to promote the application of the results of teaching reform, etc., this paper explains how the College of Physical Education of the Suzhou, Anhui University of China has taken various measures to continuously improve the comprehensive level of scientific research and personnel training in the College of Physical Education, and to enhance the quality of personnel training in local application-oriented universities.
