• Abstract: 尊重是一种非常可贵的品质，是一个人内在修养的外在表现。体育竞赛作为一项“严肃的游戏”，为尊重品质的培养提供了良好的平台。运用文献考证与逻辑思辨，对体育竞赛中尊重的目标对象、缘由意义以及培养尊重品质的注意事项进行了探讨。在体育竞赛中，运动员需要具有尊重教练、尊重队友、尊重对手、尊重裁判和尊重比赛的良好品质，教练则需要从多个方面来引导运动员形成尊重的态度。
• Respect is a very valuable quality and is an outward expression of one's inner qualities. As a "serious game", sports competition provides a good platform for the development of the quality of respect. Using documentary evidence and logical thinking, we explore the target audience for respect in sports competition, the reasons for it and the considerations for developing it. In sports competition, athletes need to have good qualities of respect for coaches, teammates, opponents, referees and the game, while coaches need to guide athletes to develop respect for coaches,teammates, opponents, referees and the game in many ways.
