Research on the Status Quo and Strategy of Residents Carrying out Leisure Sports in Suburban Areas from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization: A Case Study of Meiling, Nanchang
With the continuous development of urban civilization, Chinese cities have experienced the rapid development of production before production, so that cities have fallen deeply into the crisis of “urban disease” in the extension of later civilization. “Leisure, health and ecology” is the future orientation of urban development and the pursuit of the general public, but with the continuous expansion of the city and the shrinking activity space of urban residents, it is the main contradiction of urbanization development. The development of urban leisure sports and ecological civilization is a process of mutual promotion, leisure sports provide practical means for the construction of ecological civilization, and ecological civilization provides natural resources for the active development of urban leisure sports. Starting from ecological civilization and taking Meiling in Nanchang as an example, this study studies the current situation and strategies of residents in suburban areas from the perspective of ecological civilization, in order to provide some suggestions for the development of leisure and sports activities of suburban residents, aiming to better improve the construction of urban spiritual civilization, inherit and carry forward traditional national leisure sports, and improve the quality of life of urban residents.
