“双减”政策背景下中小学体育教育发展研究

  • Abstract: “双减”政策为学校体育发展改革创造了巨大的空间,也给学校体育教学带来了新挑战。为了在“双减”政策背景下进一步推进青少年体育活动开展,本文以中小学体育教育为对象,分析了目前学校体育教育面临的困境,并提出如下建议:优化体育课程,提高体育教学内容的科学性和系统性;增加教学力量和体育场所的资源供给,夯实体育教学高质量发展的基础;提升体育教师水平,紧紧围绕“立德树人”开展教学;深化体育中考改革,进一步用好考试指挥棒;发展体育社团和体育俱乐部,丰富学校体育教学形式内容。
  • “Double reduction” policy for the development and reform of school physical education has created a huge space, but also to the school physical education teaching has brought new challenges. In order to further promote the development of youth sports activities under the background of “double reduction” policy, this paper takes the physical education of primary and secondary schools as the object, analyzes the current school physical education difficulties, and puts forward the following suggestions: optimize the physical education curriculum, improve the content of physical education scientific and systematic; Increase the teaching power and the supply of sports resources, tamp the foundation of high quality development of sports teaching; Improve the level of physical education teachers, closely around the “moral cultivation” teaching; Deepen the reform of physical education examination and make good use of examination baton; Develop sports associations and sports clubs to enrich the forms and contents of physical education in schools.
