Cheerleading is a collective sport that combines strength and beauty in sports. Set ornamental, artistic and fitness in one, so cheerleading has a broad market development prospects. As the personal technique of cheerleading becomes more and more perfect, the team culture construction of cheerleading also begins to enter the professional field of research. The development of cheerleading is mainly concentrated in the three fields of social sports events, university sports and professional sports clubs. Although the development mode is limited by the environment, cheerleading operation is a collective sport, and the simultaneous promotion has never stripped away the team culture. From the perspective of the long-term development of cheerleading, in addition to the improvement of the athletes’ physical fitness, technology, quality and other comprehensive strength of the team, the construction of team culture is also essential. This paper makes a comprehensive study on the cultural construction and development of cheerleading team. The results show that although cheerleading team culture construction has roughly the same development stage as management team culture construction, it has the unique conflicts and solutions of sports team. The purpose of this paper is to sort out the connotation and characteristics of cheerleading team culture, the concept and project characteristics of cheerleading and the systematic analysis of cheerleading team culture construction.
