• Abstract: 毽球运动在中国有着悠久的历史，是一项适合大多数人参与的简便易行的健身运动，在全民健身运动的开展中，大力推广毽球运动既能够节约开支，又提高 了锻炼者的身体素质，而且还丰富了广大人民群众的业余生活，由于毽球运动不需要较大的资金投入，也不需要大的场地，因此毽球运动的推广模式非常 多，如何有效地开展好毽球运动，大力推广这一健身运动已经成为当前全民健身的热点问题，对毽球运动的推广模式展开分析研究极为重要。
• Shuttlecock has a long history in china. is a kind of convenient fitness exercise suitable for most of people to take part in. In the development of national fitness campaign, strongly promoting shuttlecock can cut down expense. improve the fitness condition of the exercisers and enrich the spare life of the broad masses of the people. Because shuttlecock does not need much investment and large sport site. there are lots of promotion modes. How to effectively develop and strongly promote the shuttlecock have become a hot topic, thus it is rather significant to carry out researches on the promotion modes of shuttlecock.
