Abstract: 本文介绍了创造力的基本内涵，并从三个层面阐述了传统体育教学对创造力培养的制约，提出了体育教学中培养学生创造力的策略。
This paper introduces the basic connotation of creativity, expounds the restriction of traditional physical education on the cultivation of creativity from three aspects, and puts forward the strategies of cultivating students' creativity in physical education.
