  • 摘要: 体育教学中应注意运用“有效教学”理论的激励策略,保持学生最佳激活水平,实现内在激励与外在激励、目标激励与期望激励有机结合,并区别对待学生的个性化实际,采取不同的激励方法和评价手段,提高体育教学质量。
  • In physical education teaching, we should pay attention to the use of the incentive strategy of "effective teaching"theory, keep the best level of students' activation, realize the organic combination of internal and external incentives, target incentives and expectation incentives, and treat students' individualized reality diferently, adopt different incentive methods and evaluation methods, and improve the quality of physical education teaching.
