When the physical education teacher evaluates the students' technical movements, the criterion of passing or failing them can be distinguished by the nature of the technical movements. For example, when doing headstand, to pass it means the students can make the "three-point support" by the forehead and hands, with their body leaving the ground. This is a clear indicator, easy to evaluate. When the students meet the minimum standard of doing technical moments, they will be gradually adept at them by continuous practices in line with the requirements of economy and effectiveness. Therefore, how should the physical education teachers evaluate the students' actions accurately and objectively? To facilitate teacher observation and evaluation, students’ ability should be quantified according to their technical movements.
