Taking the teaching reform of Orienteering Course in Zhaoqing University as a case, this paper explores the teaching reform mode of physical education course matching the training of applied talents required by social development. Through the use of literature, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper studies the teaching mode of "three classes". The results show that it is implemented from the perspective of "big classroom view" "Three classes" Teaching mode: online and offline mixed teaching classroom; extracurricular Orienteering drawing center and orienteering learning alliance classroom; off campus production, learning and research practice classroom. Through three training stages of the course: professional knowledge and skill teaching stage; personalized learning stage; advanced and sophisticated practice stage, students' inquiry learning and innovation ability are cultivated. Under this mode exploration, the course has achieved fruitful results On and practical achievements, and effectively solve the teaching problems of applied talents training in local university courses.
