• Abstract: 运用文献资料、历史研究等方法对西藏民族传统体育发展史进行研究。研究认为，远古时期藏族先民的生产劳动造就了西藏民族传统体育的萌芽，吐蕃时期西藏民族传统体育事业被推向第一个高潮，元朝以后西藏民族传统体育的继承与发展掀起了西藏古代体育发展史的又一高潮，近现代将新时代元素注入西藏民族传统体育以实现创新发展。厘清西藏民族传统体育发展的历史脉络，为后续从事西藏民族传统体育相关研究提供参考意见。
• Using literature, historical research and other methods to study the history of the development of Tibetan traditional sports. According to the research, the production and labor of Tibetan ancestors in ancient times created the buds of Tibetan traditional sports. The formation of Tibetan traditional sports during the Tubo period pushed it to its first climax. After the Yuan Dynasty, the inheritance and development of Tibetan traditional sports set off another climax in the history of ancient Tibetan sports development. In modern times, elements of the new era have been injected into Tibetan traditional sports to achieve innovative development. Clarify the historical context of the development of Tibetan traditional sports, and provide reference for subsequent research on Tibetan traditional sports.
